Ticket Office via telephone

Can you order tickets via the phone today?

Want to book tickets for friends. Rang up and was number 21 in the queue, waited 20 minutes and was still number 20 in the queue.

You should be able to order via the phone and pick up at the collections booth opposite the ticket office

Yeah you can I just ordered my tickets on the phone, took about 20 mins but I finally got them!

Thats what I was hoping to do but either the telephone lines are very busy or they are not being answered.

I would imagine it's very busy down the ticket office so keep trying. They've probably split staff to cover the walk up's at the office and the rest on the phones.

I wouldnt bother with the telephone mate prime example friday tried all day until 5 o`clock as the message on the phone said you had until 5 pm to get your seat for the palace home leg (before general sale ) so after being number 20 in queue , number 14 in queue, number 9 etc all day it kept ringing then cutting me off up until 5 oclock where it stop giving queue numbers ......

Oh i found out later ticket office shut at 3...... Ridsdale has gone but its still full of robbing bastards making some nice coin on the 0845 number when its shut
