Always easy to spend other people's money.

if we want players in, we need to ship out players who won't play a part ie Parkin et al.

Malkys different.....every player he has brought in so far has been class...

I would trust him more with 5 million of my money than i would Dai Jones

Dave Jones bought quite well. He turned 250k for Roger Johnson into 5 million, 500k for Chops into 5 million and an absolute steal of 250k for Peter Whittingham. Glenn Loovens he paid money for and made a profit. Jay Bothroyd had large money bids and was widely regarded as a success. Ricardo Scimeca he paid money for. Ross McCormack for 120k and turned down larger bids for him. If any of MM's free transfers are as successful as Kevin McNaughton then he will have done very well. He also bought Hudson and Gerrard who are here now as is Marshall another signing. So to be fair he spent money quite well.

I can't remember a lot of times when DJ had money and misspent it. Sometimes he was stuck getting free transfers and loan signings but they can frequently be hit and miss.

We really do try and slate DJ a lot most of the time wrongly.

Dekel Keinan Cost us money some may say he should be given a chance and isn't a waste of money
Lee Naylor
Chris Riggott
Martin John
Jon Parkin As I have said on another post being discarded too early
Miguel Comminges
Jason Koumas His amazing first spell meant that a) there would be no one who didn't want him back and b) he is very much in
credit
Danny Drinkwater
Andy Keogh
Jay Emmanuel-Thomas
Jason Brown
Stephen Bywater
Jlloyd Samuel
Martin John
Solomon Taiwo Admittedly a bad signing but hasn't been given a chance
Paul Quinn Bad signing? Some may argue for 250k he was a good signing
Kelvin Etuhu
Darren Dennehy
Warren Feeney Admittedly a bad signing but wasn't really given a chance
Gábor Gyepes Has been a first team player for a number of years
Eddie Johnson
Dimitrios Konstantopoulos
Quincy Owusu-Abeyie
Trevor Sinclair
Michael Oakes
Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink Was a good player who improved those around him
Robbie Fowler
Peter Enckelman Free transfer and was our first team keeper for a good amount of team
Kevin Cooper
David Forde
Matt Green
Luigi Glombard
Malvin Kamara
Kevin Campbell
Jason Byrne Waste of money
Jamal Easter
Kerrea Gilbert Awesome player who looked the part for us
James Chambers
Alan Wright
Iwan Redan
Simon Walton
Guylain Ndumbu-Nsungu
jeff Whitley
Phil Mulryne

The list can go on for loads more players but is it worth it but im sure DJ would say now "THEY CARNT BE MY SIGNINGS"

I've added my comments. How many of your list cost money which was the point of my post and the point of the original thread when DJ has money he normally does ok. Even Fergie makes mistakes.
