News on the grapevine here is that City along with Southampton and Birmingham are looking at Alban Meha from SC Paderborn 07.

Paderborn snapped him up from the lower leagues over here. He has played in all Paderborns games this season and i think has scored 4 or 5 goals in about 17 games. He is a dead ball specialist but i would say he is more hard working wide player than tricky and skillfull.

I know for a fact that City were watching the Paderborn forward Nick Proschwitz and enquired but were frightened off by the asking price as there is interest in him from Nurnberg in the Bundesliga 1st (they have offered 800,000 Euros) so looks like he will be going after the winter break here if as expected Paderborn fade in the league. I know a rep from City has contacted Roger Schmidt of SC pader through Dirk Lipps management Sporte.
