we may as well pack it in if we sell Whitts, plus if we do I cant see Malky being very happy about it! Cant see it happening in january but if we dont go up then wouldnt be surprised if something happened in the summer.

Only time will tell and we'll know in the next few weeks, whether we get anybody during this window or not!

However, there could be umpteen reasons why we don't end up sugning anybody if it doesn't happen, but according to many a scource on here, the Malaysians are continuing to pump in more than £1,000,000 per month and servicing old debts as well! I'd say that under those circumstances, the Malaysians have more than supported us!

This club would be very foolish to sell Whitts. To me this is like selling Toshack. It would end any faith in the malaysians and the board.
This club gets great support, it hasn't got any massive stars, yet has been constantly skint. Where now I don't expect a blank chequebook - I don't expect to lose key players when we are building a squad for the prem ourselves.

Firstly, I didn't realise January had started - Already one wrong.
Secondly, you did say in the above quote that you said "That they [the club] are 'considering' offers for Whits" - clearly wrong.
Thirdly, I didn't know Diouf had signed - Another one wrong.
Lastly, the news about gunnarsson signing was broken by an Icelandic chap on ccmb, so unless you're professing to be him (which would be delightfully convenient, wouldn't it?) then there's another one.

I don;t make many predictions to be honest, the only other main prediction I have made is that I dont trust the Malaysians as I will state again that I think they are 'chancers' and that I don't think they will sign anyone in January despite TG constantly running to the papers in September (after the transfer window shut) and now (before the transfer window opens). Will they stick to their word..? thats the million dollar question
