that MM has rented out a house in Cowbridge for 12 months. Is this the norm for Players/Managers to rent for the first 12 months of their contract before deciding to settle in the area..? Please don't read anything into this I'm just interested thats all.

It's a good idea, he didn't know the area or the best place to live, and of course the housing Market is still falling why buy an asset that may drop in value.

I would imagine he would have bought a property in a fast moving Market.......

Being a Manager i would of thought it prudent to rent on a rolling 12 Month contract. You wouldn't buy seeing how long it would take to sell, and lets be fair bar a couple of Managers they dont stay long do they ?
