semi final tickets

i have been trying to purchase my ticket for the 2nd leg of the semi and it 's telling me on line that my seat has been sold. it will let me gat a seat somewhere else but it says on the web site season ticket holders have untill 5 tomorrow to buy there seats.
before anyone asks i'm in 112 and been trying to ring them all day.
Any ideas anyone.

just phone them mate, ..... my seat has een taken by palace fans, so ive moved over to the canton with my boy, takes about 15-20 minutes to get through

You had till December 30th.

finaly got hold of them and got my ticket.
asked why i couldn't get it on line and the answer was..........NO IDEA.
