Personally I think its a great idea. Not dissimilar to what many cyclists use now to gain evidence of disorderly or criminal behaviour. Anything that helps establish the truth can only be good.
As long as it's well publicised and not done underhandedly (if that's a word) then it can only improve matters.
Oh, and you have to oppose anything liberty stand for. They are a pain in the ass.

I reckon they should have a live feed from the camera put up on the big screen. Then when the stupid steward goes for a pee.....
