Nearly at the half way point!

As we are just one game off the half way stage are we pleased to be were we are? would we have taken this spot at the start of the campaign!

Is the league table now a good indication of how the league is panning out or will we see a late serge from below..

It is definately a very open league 11 points between 1st and 7th and 12 points between 7th and relegation places...

any thoughts??

Well looking at the league at the moment, I m delighted to see us where we are. I must admit at the start of the season I was predicting a possible play off but would have been happy with some passion in the shirt. So far the effort and work rate has been awesome and Ive really enjoyed the season. The main thing for me is that we hard to beat and if a team wants to win their going to have to earn it. The players seem more up for it and been some great comments from the squad in the press showing how much they want to play for the shirt. Lots of big games now and the worry is by February we may slip but I think if we keep at it we can keep going.!!!!! In Malky we trust :ayatollah:

do you feel we are punching above our weight? and do you think that we have been lucky with our performances by our set up. i.e. stopping other teams from playing and nicking a goal rather than outplaying the opposition?

these are some questions i keep getting asked and our unsure how to answer.

January is a pivotal month for City

We need 4 players to help us get through the tricky period in January to help us push for the promised land

Cowie and Conway are starting to look tired already, its vital we give them support so they can have rests :ayatollah:

I think you might have a point there although by often playing the lone striker which can be deemed negative I have thought have we been lucky at times but I must say Malky has tinkered the midfield to be more effective than previous seasons and in Whittingham he seems to be pinging the ball here there and everywhere and I think is pivotal to the system :ayatollah:
