I'm sure it would be a free Tone because the wage issue they have at Hearts mean that they are all technically free agents

Not quite, it appears they have to go over 90 days without pay before that can come into play through some FIFA ruling and previous cases. I believe Hearts have told all players they can go if an offer comes in though.
