It wasnt a clear goal scoring oppertunity, Kev didnt have the ball under control, players were back on the line. Theres 3 reasons in my opinion.

Looked like a stone wall penalty to me at the game but the replay may show otherwise

Just seen it again on the BBC - For me - Pen and Yellow card ( IMO ).
