Is that good, or bad, for the grass? Just say, loads of people threw flares onto the pitch would we need those bright light things? That we didn't have last season

No responsible person would light a flare in a crowded place (just make a visit to a burns unit then you will see why) but on the other hand if they are that stupid light one when they are on theyre own and who cares

One way to find out , but you would have to be quick lighting it then throwing it to the floor as you would have CCTV in the ground but even with thwat all cameras are not running live and you have to go on a camera from the main computer and look back at the footage up to you fella
