Once Germany cracks the whip I still think the other doubters will fall into line. TBH the big story in that article is France and Sarkosy who seem to be losing it.

He knows that France is a second rate power both economically and politically and Germany still fears the UK. It is just a shame that Cameron can't swallow his pride and learn to work with Merkel.

Shows how out of touch Ed millipede is as it seems he wants to give in to Brussels (and slags off our government for not doing so) , but his socialist allies in France oppose Sarkovky's (sp?) stance.
Labour don't care about us, but themselves and what they can gain, despite the effect on this country.
I hope Cameron stands up to the French especially and let them get on with their own road to disaster.

Neither do the right wingers! The economy is estimates to contract by 1.5% next year and 1.3% the following year, 2.64million unemployed (me included). How they got in power is beyond me.

The most stupid thing I've read in months. THERE ISN'T A GOVERNMENT THAT GIVES A SHIT ABOUT THE PEOPLE.

Interesting viewpoint about the left wingers and of course the counter arguement is that the right wing eurosceptics are not really any better.

But as much as Cameron will big up that he is "Still In The Room" the reality is it will require nothing more than a simple majority of the 17 countries who are members of the Eurozone for this to become law. Cameron may well be in the room but only to sit there and do the krauts bidding, I wonder how his right wing nutters will feel about that. :? :? :?

It will also be interesting to see how many eurozone countries will adopt this Kraut Federalists nonsense without putting it to their people via a referendum.

As for the French well their only having a hissy fit because they will have had a few working lunches this week. And the French don't like missing lunch. Trust me. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
