Only two of our current team played home to Boro last season

CM Ralls/Gunnarsson

ST Miller

This goes to show what an amazing job Malky has done. The turnaround of players is there for all to see and I honestly think when comparing the two teams, there is a big difference in quality with this seasons team. Maybe we shouldn't be so shocked we are challenging for automatic promotion at this stage of the season. Malky has brought in some players not many of us have heard of, but they are showing to be better players than some of our bigger names who failed to deliver last season.

This Saturday is a huge game and a game that will give us all a good indication if we do have a squad better than last seasons that's capable of mounting a promotion challenge. I have every confidence in our current squad and now Malky has been given the backing to bring in a couple more players in January, I see no reason why we can't be battling for promotion towards the end of the season as long as we can continue our current form.

Lets hope Whitts and Kev are keen to right the wrongs of that performance last season and communicate this to the rest of the team.
