To be fair though, the medical people charge stupid money to do very little more don't they? What is it, about £5,000 per "treatment" where bsasically some wanker goes along and squirts in a cup. They then take that and impregrnate the wife. All for the pleasure of £5 grand. In other words you both get fecked. Then if that doesn't work you have to go back and spend another £5 grand and so on.

Or you just get a mate and a turkey baster and a DIY job that costs nothing. Job done. Lets not be squeemish here people. Lets face it if it was a choice of letting some bloke do the duty and keep £5,000 or spend £5,000 and let some wanker with a cup have a go - what do you do.
