What is wrong with people nowadays. There seems to be some sort of fashion for putting your front fog lights on your car when it's not foggy. Do people somehow think they are a cut above if they have fog lights on thier car? I mean nearly all cars have them.
Another unreasonable gripe I have is when people don't use thier handbrake in heavy traffic queues, instead insisting on keeping thier foot on the brake, meaning I get constantly dazzled by the high visibility brake lights, making my headache from sitting in traffic even worse.
You know who you are you gits!

Another short 'Modern Life is Rubbish' style whinge.
How come people are so incredibly focking lazy nowadays. I was at Asda down by the CCS earlier and some selfish grey tracksuited pillock not only parked in a disabled bay, but parked diagonaly across three bays! Got out and jogged into the shop. There were dozens of empty spaces a matter of 20 feet away.
I was tempted to let his tyres down, but he looked a bit of a nutcase.

Lack of indication at roundabout annoys me

An inability to understand that you give way to the right at roundabouts also annoys me. The roundabout at the top of Kimberley Terrace is the worst for this and dare I say it is usually foreigners, women and pensioners who are guilty of causing carnage by not giving way to the right here.

Other cars on the road when I am travelling somewhere annoys me. Don't these people know I'm in a hurry?
Wed Dec 21, 2011 9:37 am
Haha, Tony, it's never busy when you're not in a rush is it! That's the really annoying thing!
Also, braking and then indicating. The whole reason you indicate is to let the car behind know that you're about to slow down to turn... not vice f*cking versa!

I had a run in with an oaf of the law around ten years ago comming off the channel tunnel, silly man didn't appreciate that the exit roads are French territory so it is perfectly within the law to overtake a police car. Pulled me in just before the petrol stop and proceeded to give me a bollocking about my "fog lights". I got out out, walked to the back of the car looked and said they're not on officer look. I don't means those, the front ones, he replied eagerly, but officer I don't have "front" fog lights was my retort, just these driving lights. After what was becomming a prolonged discussion and having been to Paris so my guts was in bits after eating the shite they toss up as food so wanted to get home before I shat myself again I showed him the manual which clearly stated that lower "lights" were driving lights. About thirty minutes later I got done for speeding and in all fairness to the cop who did me he took the last 30 metres into account for my average speed, also wrote a glowing report about my driving for the court which got me off a ban. Quite funny really, after driving on the French toll roads and hitting around 145 mph I didn't think the car had that much more to give, according to the gear they had in the car, I'd hit 151 mph at one point but then slowed down to a leasurely 120 mph
It was an my97 Impreza (last of the big turbos) which my brother is currently driving but up for sale I believe at a not unreasonable price

Good God, we're bloody lucky to love in this country if all we've got to worry about are fog and brake lights!
Thu Dec 22, 2011 9:05 am
fog lights are annoying
but what gets me are the people who drive around with one of the main head lights out and one or two of there break lights not working... the cost of a blub is £1-2. and takes a few mintues to change
GRRRRRRRR!!!

Yes and people who don't have a clue how to indicate. Such as leaving the roundabout with their right indicator flashing. Tell me how in the hell is it possible to turn your wheel to the right and leave a roundabout? The stupid feckers don't realise that you have to turn left at some point to leave a roundabout or you'll be on there all day.

50 zone? You don't get many of those do you? Do you mean 60? As in national speed limit on a single track road? White disc with black diagonal line and some feckers think it means 40, yes they do pee me off.

I drive on the A5 everyday from Cannock going to Leicester and there are a few 50 signs on that route

slowing down for speed camera's to 30 when its a 40, especially when the camera is pointing in the opposite direction like on Nantgarw hill.
People using self serve checkouts 1. with their weekly shop 2. Not knowing how to use them 3. 1 + 2
use the manned checkout FFS!
