FairPlay to the club shop

I bought one of those backpack come booster seats for my daughter, and the strap broke. I can't remember how long ago I bought it and I lost the receipt. So I took it back and I said the strap broke, but before I could say that I didn't have a receipt or how long I had had the backpack, the girl on the till was taking it of me and getting a new one. My daughter was so chuffed, and it was after the Blackburn game, so a good day all round.

Well another positive post for staff went in for a track suit for my boy and despite the shop being full and very busy when I asked if they had his size as it want on the rack they went and had a look and I had one within 5 min
How many shop staff would have just said if it’s not out we don’t have it!

Chief that is there job to go out the back and get the top you want it's called service. Next you will be saying well done to the lass in KFC for going to get your Chicken

In an ideal world yes but praise where its due the shop was packed and thier was a que a mile long your average fast food worker does one job all day long They dont stop what thier doing to do anorther job for a customer
