We are currently third in the table and gone ten matches unbeaten. We are three points off second placed West Ham and five off first placed Southampton. This is great because we have a goalscoring, hardworking and loyal team who work their socks off every game no matter how well they play. We always do well as the underdogs and this year, that is our advantage because nobody is talking about us as they talk about big-spending Leicester, Table toppers Southampton and London's West Ham. Lads, I have just one thing to say, Malky is the right guy, and, this could be our year.

Disspointing we are behind on last season but still a strong chance that MM has to continue.
We are in a harder League though??
Totally disagree, everyone makes this up every season and every season I fail to see any improvement in quality. It just as tough as any other season.

Well, there's West Ham, who have bags of experience in the top flight along with Birmingham, and Blackpool who did really well last year and also, the teams that have just come up have also done really well. Last year was a tough league yes but I believe that we have harder teams this year. For instance, who do you think would have won? Southampton V Norwich? I DO however, agree that we have lost a few points due to dodgy performances but Malky has said that he was working for a long-term build and when he gets to the top he intends to stay there. Overall, Malky has made us a better team
