Well it's no more than we should have expected, eight coppers have had the case dismissed against them in the Lynntte White case, the Judge said something along the line of they couldn't be offered a fair trial.
Is that what the Cardiff three had when they got stitched up and jailed for a murder they didn't commit.

And they wonder why the general public has lost confidence in the whole legal system.

That is absolutely disgraceful, although I'm not surprised. We have a history of that sort of thing.

Time for change in this country - and not just the judicial system, either.

Never mind the pensions cuts will cover the cost!!

This has been a farce from the very start, up to, and including, today. Too many instances to list here!

But in the middle of it all, let's not forget that a young girl got murdered in the most horrible way possible. Will Lynette ever be allowed to rest in peace? After 23 years, let's hope so.

Not so much mention of the Cardiff 3, the innocent in all this men on the biased news, They concentrate the story on the bent coppers. Those bent coppers are laughing their tits off, those who didnt walk were on gardening leave (full wages) and they all get to take their police pensions in full earlier than the rest of us. i dont go a bundle on coppers anyway, but this really takes the biscuit.

No they weren't they got off on a techicallity, it reminded me so much of the Riddler claiming he wasn't a crook after the Golden Ticket farce.

They are lucky barstards not vindicated people.

The disgrace that is our Justice system has no shame. Colour means
nothing to them. Its all about getting the result that has already been
pre-ordained from up high. The Cardiff coppers should be doing bird!

By the same token. The two lads up for the Stephen Lawrence murder.

Never mind that the 'forensic evidence' is already so tainted as to be
laughable (and forensic is the only thing they have!)

Those two lads are going to jail for a very long time, and we all know it!

Those lads did years for a crime they OBVIOUSLY did not do.
They were stitched up. The wankers who did it have walked.

I am surprised that any of you are surprised that this trial has collapsed.
I predicted a long time ago the police would not be found guilty.

2 Things

A I am being deadly serious. These defendants have been through the legal process and have been acquitted / exonerated / been found not guilty. Use any expression you like to describe the events.

B The matter has been referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission and as such I do not feel it is appropriate to comment further.

As an aside, I do not know anyone connected with the case from start to finish (defendants, victims, witnesses etc) so believe I am impartial.
