The Minute's Silence

Wed Nov 30, 2011 8:28 am

I thought that last night's tribute to Gary Speed was superb. The laying of the wreaths on the Welsh flag was so poignant, and the minute's silence was beautifully observed. I always think it is so much more moving to have the silence than the minute's applause. This week's event warranted the tribute paid last night, and full credit to the club and all the supporters on both sides for an appropriate, respectful, dignified and very moving response to the sad loss of Gary.

Totally agree and in fairness a big up to the Blackburn fans for observing it so well.
