What do we do tomorrow night for Gary Speed?

Tue Nov 29, 2011 12:04 am

Not sure if the Club has decided yet but has fans do we have a minutes silence for Gary or a minutes applause? I think a minutes silence with us fans holding our welsh scarves, shirts and flags in the air would be a fitting tribute.

However I also think everyone applauding and chanting Speeds name would also honour a true Welsh legend and ideally it would be fantastic if we could do both. :ayatollah:

Whatever is decided I am sure the Club will respect Garys Family's wishes and tomorrow is going to be a very emotional evening

RIP Gary Cymru am byth

What does everyone think a minutes silence or a minutes applause and chanting his name?

Ideally a minutes silence followed by applause and chanting his name what do you all think?

I am sure we will do him proud

There will be a 1 min silence and then applause, in the 1min silence I say we should hold up Welsh scarfs for Gary

Can't believe what's happened Mart just a couple of weeks ago we were having a few pints before watching Wales demolish Norway and the future looked bright. Now we have lost a true Welsh Legend who I think would have led us onto great things and he will be sadly missed and I too tonight will wear my Welsh shirt and hold aloft my Welsh scarf has a tribute to Gary.

Minutes Silence, has to be.

More respectful and means more. Clapping (to me) means people cannot keep quiet for a minute, and therefore shows a lack of respect.
