" BLACKBURN TICKET SALES TO DATE "

Fri Nov 25, 2011 9:29 pm

To date we have sold 14,900 tickets for Blackburn Rovers game on Tuesday 29th November 2011 19.45 K/O

Ticket prices are priced at £20 for adults and just £5 for under 16's :ayatollah:

For a Carling Cup Quarter Final match and the possibility of playing one of the big Premier League sides I believe the ticket prices are very fair, come on and show your support and encourage the team on to win. :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

If you can book your tickets in advance and do not leave it unless you really have to until the night of the game, there was a walk up crowd of 4,000 for the last Carling Cup match against Burnley and many missed the kick off because they didn't buy tickets in advance.

You can phone the club on 0845 345 1400 and book tickets and collect them from the ticket booth outside the Canton Stand if you have not got a season ticket or season card.

Or you can buy online using e-ticketing https://www.eticketing.co.uk/cardiffcit ... emref=3279

Or if you can get down the ticket office tomorrow or Monday or even Tuesday morning and pay in cash, there are many ways of getting your ticket and making sure you are there to hopefully witness us get through to the semi-final of the cup.

Spread the word to your family, your mates and your neighbours let's get as many as we can down to the stadium and get it rocking for a night cup match.

we should be reaching 20k plus for this fixture... maybe the club could so a scheme with if you buy a blackburn ticket and we are succesful in progressing then you get 5quid off the semi final ticket, like they did with us ambassadors...

dont know if its an option but we need to come up with something , it should be a full house to be honest...

Bit too late for that now I'm afraid but I think they were fair in offering ambassadors and season ticket holders "5 off if they bought before the 18th of November.

They could have made it a game like the 'Hull' stub but they kept loyalty with ambassadors and season ticket holders :ayatollah:

They should announce that all tickets for this game guarantees a semi final ticket but guess ambassadors who have not bought tickets still get priority so cant ......................just an idea :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Thats exactly what I believe and Alan Whitley said last Monday. This match should be a near sell out.

Annis, dont you think that people realise we have a great opportunity with Malky and however many people come through the turnstiles its not getting invested in the playing squad

Today we have no hudson no kiss Mcnaughton ??

A couple more injuries & we will be fielding kids

Looks like we are going to have more fans in the ground than we did on sat then if what annis said is right that 4000 season ticket holders didnt turn up, there was only 18,500 there against forest if thats correct so need about 1500 walk up fans to overtake what was there sat, i think someone said there was 4000 walk up fans for that game so there should be more for a quarter final against a prem team, so if we have another 6 or 7000 pay on the night we could be looking at our biggest crowd of the season, and rightly so :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Annis I got up this morning feeling sorry for myself because I have the worst cold ever :( :( :( Then had text from my grandson asking how many tickets we had sold and that he wished his teachers were on strike today because he cannot wait to go tonight

Going to have some night nurse on toast for breakfast now then down the CCS tonight for what will hopefully be a good night. A fitting tribute for Gary Speed and a top performance by the Bluebirds. :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
