Will Cardiff City be better off, or worse off if they just let
the biggest Creditor (Sam) take control of the Club again
in exchange for the Langstone debt being wiped clean!!!
Clean slate... could Sam do a better job than Vincent Tan?

For the sake of debate I will try and answer with my opinion.
If the Malaysians left my concern firstly would be how much do we owe them and how would we repay them?
Would a new owner come in meaning they would settle the Malasyians?
If for some reason Sam Hammam returned and the Malaysians had left prior and he wiped the Langston debt then that would be a positive step obviously but again what would be left owing to the Malaysians?

Nothing Carl. The money they have put in has been converted to shares and now the club is run on a sound financial bases so we are told. So if the Malaysians do go we will owe them nothing OR am I missing something?

That would be like buying a house, investing loads of money maintaining and improving it, paying the mortgage for a few years, and then just walking away, leaving it to the bank. It makes no sense whatsoever
