Didnt realise that was only in exceptance of premier league clubs, which IMO is a terrible ruling as it gives smaller clubs an extra incentive to go on and get a result, also forgot league cup is 2 legs in the semis!

I don't think we can play in Europe. Welsh club in English league, I may be wrong but when we reached the FA Cup final we had to have dispensation from UEFA to qualify. Hope I'm wrong
