How come I got a paper ticket for Blackburn instead of it being loaded on my card?

Are you sure they are actual tickets ?
as I have been sent 3 seperate booking receipts on the same paper as the tickets.... although my seats have been loaded onto my cards

Me and mates season ticket holders, received 3 seperate paper tickets today instead of loading them on our cards.
Think after a certain date they will load them on peoples cards but unsure.

Paid for a ticket a week ago got no paper ticket and has been loaded onto my card!!
