Again he plays for Villa after pulling out of the Wales squad.
If you were speed would you call him up next game?
His recent attitude is everything wrong with the welsh squad in recent years, IMO he should now be left out.

Leave him out, get big ben in there

Fully agree Luke, He seems to have got a bit big for his boots now and treats us as 2nd rate which is a shame.

Always loved him but he has beep average for Wales before he lost his place. He should fight for his place and not be pulling out.
Interesting it was Collins at fault for both spurs goals today.

He has lost what little pace he ever had, plus he makes alot of errors!! think Speed will be looking forward in the cb dept

Still a good defender, but if he can't be bothered playing for his country, then bugger him.

He really has, always dominate in the air but I get the impression he has got ahead of himself.
I haven't met him since his city days but I'd doubt he would be the gent he was back then

I only saw the 1st half last night and he was clearly at fault for both of Adebayor's goals , Collins was terrible and no way is he Premiership any more . Hate to say this but Swansea will muller him on Sunday !!

Players with his attitude can really poison a camp and undo the good work done so far.
So its a get rid from me

Id prefer Turner in my team any day of the week compared to Collins

Watching a Bellamy interview on footie focus before the Norway game, he said Speed has changed a lot of things due to losing run (hotels, training grounds etc...) also dropped 2 or 3 players that were causing problems in the camp, it wouldn't suprise me if that was Collins, Gabibdon and Cotteril(lets face it he doesn't give a shit for Wales and for a shite player has an opinion on himself) Turner and Blake for me

Blimey, that's harsh. Not my style, anyway.
Before you say it, I'm not anti-ginger, it's just, well, he's no Fatima Whitbread is he?!!

I was always a big fan of Ginge but it seems his injuries have caught up with him. Not really sure why Villa persist in playing him because every time they lose it appears Collins is central to the majority of mistakes that lead to goals... and they seem to lose more often than they win!
I'm not sure what his views on Wales are but we've looked much better defensively with him not in the Wales squad and I have no complaints with him choosing to miss out because we have the quality at the moment. I would definitely encourage Speed to look at Turner because right now I would say Turner is better than Collins.

100% agree with all of that.
I rated him at our place, but his time is up, sadly.

I can see how that works, it's the same with Ireland in that players who couldnt be arsed (either on or off the pitch) were got rid of. Andy Reid was one of them, because he never bothered performing any defensive duties and lacked the discipline to stick to a rigid set of tactics.

I do hope he gets the opportunity to tackle Nathan Dyer-he'll knock the thief into the middle of next year hopefully. Absolutely despise Dyer who along with Bradley Wright Phillips doesnt deserve to have a career in football.
