This is why Sky Plus is a God send. I just watch all the stuff I've recorded during the last 2-3 weeks. If you have Sky, try and find some Man vs Food. This bloke just goes around trying different foods that are famous in different parts of America and enters loads of food eating competitions.

I'm not a doley but I do work from home and having the TV on in the background is a nice little perk.

Thanks for the advice. I do have sky plus so have a few but kids take it up mainly. But I'm sure I have cdf v swans, last year when bellers scored, that will cheers me up...
