thats interesting, would like to see how much he is worth.

but he is a very good back up at this level and with marshall taking the odd injury we could do with keeping him, unless his wage is rediculous

Lets hope that the quotes given by Tom Heaton last month at the Wales OnLine are still the same...

I reckon around 750k, maybe even 1mill, he is a VERY good keeper, but i think Marshall is better

We need Heaton as in my view he is as good as Marshall. So the Keepers spot is up for grabs. But at the moment Marshall is playing out of his skin.
On a different note Cath said you were a really nice genuine bloke. Cant fault that assessment Tony :ayatollah: :?: :?:

Personally I want to see Earnie in goals. It's been my dream since the way he played against Leicester and the goal he saved off the line.

If getting rid of Heaton brings us one step closer to that dream it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make.

£250k

Why he was only given a 2 year deal I don't know. It's tough for him because he's young and unlikely to get game time (MM's choice v Reading will be pivotal I feel). With such a short contract and still relatively inexperienced. I feel he's worth £250k max.

Shame because he's a talented keeper, other than shot stopping I think he beats Marshall in every area, maybe not kicking.

Intresting to know this now!
I read some rumours about us watching Joe Lewis (free agent) at Peterbrough i think!?
We got a replacement in store if he goes! :ayatollah:
