He does seem like a pompous tw*t. I always liked the story someone told me about him at the Sydney Olympics when he was put in his place by a security guard at the Stadium. He was trying to gain entry to the stadium at the wrong gate and was giving it the large one saying he's Seb Coe a four time olympic medal winner etc and demanding to be let in. The security guard told him to piss off and said if your that good at running it shouldn't take you long to jog around to Gate P which is where your ticket is for.
