What a great job he is doing, we now have a team that show passion for the shirt and the fans. Our team is 100 times fitter than last year, he recongises the fans and always applauds us. I just wish he was giving a bit of money and i am sure a play off place would be ours, he as worked miracles so far. Never moans like a certain manager we had this man has been a breath of fresh air for the club.

I think we must all be happy with how he has started this season, I remember when he was being interviewed and thinking of the other names in the frame he wasnt my first choice, but now.............different thoughts
As u say he dont moan, he accepts but reacts in a way we havent seen down here for ages.
Think "Breath of fresh air" sums him up perfectly.
He barked out more orders from the dugout in the opening game at Upton park than DJ did in six years

I was same as you not my first choice, but so glad we got him now.

I was same as you not my first choice, but so glad we got him now.
O'Neill, Hughton then MM was my 1,2,3 !!
