just a few ideas to get the ground buzzing again

1st theres a band in the canton stand pre game every week lets find a band who will sing only cardiff songs one band has done it before and everyone was singing along, they always finish about 20 mins before kickoff lets keep them there until 5 mins before kickoff.

2nd i think we should change the stadium annoucer and get the songs playing even when the players are on the pitch not stopping 5 mins before kickoff any ideas on songs to get the place buzzing

3rd we all know that the atmosphere is not the same as it used to be, so its only down to ourselfs. i used to love singing about harold shipman, were cardiff were barmy were of our f*cking heads and loads more so why cant we do it again

But the strange thing is, even though the atmosphere is crap we still keep winning.

In recent years that was very true.

However, I think what a lot of people miss is the concentration of fans in the Grandstand next to the old away end. Every now and again it would spring into life and change the atmosphere in the ground.

It also used to look awesome from the Bob Bank where I used to stand. So when people talk about the old Ninian experience a lot of it is to do with that.

1. agree the band should play alot closer up to kick off. the odd cardiff song could help.

2. changing the announcer for our beloved Ali Yassine is not likely, and you cant play songs while the game is on im fairly sure its against rules. the only exception is a goal song which is a terrible idea in itself.

3. because its 2012 and football is now a more family based and expensive sport to watch. a large people who were 'off there f*cking heads' are either band, matured, jail or cant afford to come.


the atmosphere is the way it is for many reasons, but we can moan when only 10% of the stadium sings
