for the record stewards

There is a lot about stewarding that you agree with and a lot you dont agree with
I feel the same
Somethings irritate others more and feel they need to do something others just get on with it
These are all valid points and you should be listened to
With regards to the rules set out at the stadium
They are the same ground regulations that are set out at every stadium across the country
With regards to regulations directly affecting football they are the same across the country
So you shouldnt be treated any different at our stadium than at any other
I you feel you do I apologise for that and all i can suggst is make a complaint to the club
If you disagree with the regulations change them join the FSF and join their campaigns write to your MP
It wont happen overnight but the more support these campaigns get the quicker it will happen
One piece of advice is dont attack the sword point go for the hilt wear the real power lies

in the right direction like at car boot sale. Or thats how it should be. I just read all that
and it seems the Club have got you thinking your all some kind of coppers.

Nevertheless, this type of propaganda has a special value, for it serves to convince those who sign the appeal, of the necessity for carrying on propaganda; so a corps of propagandists, if I may use the term, is thus trained.

to tell you the truth I dont know (those decisions are not in my pay scale)
Cardiff do stand when they go away
I personally dont have a problem with standing as long as people who do like to sit down havent got their view blocked (at the end of the day you all paid the same price for a ticket you should all be allowed to watch the game in the way you enjoy), but with some common sense its easily sorted out
But I dont make the rules im just paid to insist people follow them
I dont like throwing fans out i believe it makes a bad situation worse
throwing fans out should be extremely limited
the only time id throw a fan out is if they were a genuine risk to other supporters and a real risk of fans being hurt and injured exists.

nothing could be far from the truth
I actually wear an orange jacket i dont know if your eyes that makes me worse or better
I spend a lot of time observing things and yes i watch stewards getting into slanging matches with fans
I see my job as keeping you safe that includes safe from over regulation and oppression from over powered stewards and police
If i can warn you about the fact your being filmed or the police are planning to throw you out I will my intentions are to make sure you enjoy the match and with as little stress as possible
If that turns me into a police officer or a want to be police officer im at a loss

what pisses me off the most is when the away fans are spitting and threatening kids/families in the grange but the stewards target the kids or the parents and are to scared to sort the guilty ones out in the away end

ive raised this point
ive said we should let fans stand in 117 if not both 116/117 as it deflects the aggression of away fans from the family stand to the ninian stand where the fans are more aware of how football banter works and how aggressive it can get. Thats not to say all the kids in the family stand are all angels mind some have are rather entertaining with their personal banter.

no such thing in the family stand. all children/families who sing are only there for there trouble

And don't even try to be healthy and careful with your money by going to kfc where a chicken burger meal is 3quid odd, as opposed to the stadiums sub par alternative, which come to 7 or so.
