Discounted season tickets for Xmas

Just thinking out loud here.....

The club sets aside about 3,000 season tickets. These season tickets are offered to Ambos only who can then purchase for friends/family. These tickets are 40-50% discounted in price (based on current value against games remaining i.e if a season ticket from now until end of season is say £220..discount it to say £120) and are sold from now until Xmas.

Some thought would need to go into a small new family section, poss a corner in the canton next to grandstand to help facilitate such.

More money for the club, more bums on seats, higher sales of merchandising (voucher/discount for club shop included) etc, still a number of home seats to sell at full price. Ambos get rewarded again.

Sounds good but may upset the singing section in the Canton Stand.
