I hate it when people say 'those days are gone, get over it'.

Those days are what made this football club, and it should never be forgotten: infact it should live on.

I don't get how things have changed so drastically in just a short space of time.

Where has everyone gone? The Ninian Stand would be lucky to get half the people in their singing, let alone the entire stand!

We need to try and bring these days back before they are forgotten forever, I miss them badly!

Me too. I wish they had redeveloped it. I remember my last game there. I was gutted. Stayed behind for ages after the game taking in the memories from childhood. The security staff were nice and let me stay. I even had beers in the boardroom afterwards and Ridsdale shook my hand like a soft wet fish.

I moved to Oz and only get back for one game a season (Pompey this season in January). The bus takes ages from Brisbane to Cardiff and costs AU$2,000.

If it is any consolation. We have a 55,000 amazing all seater stadium in Brisbane. When Brisbane Roar FC (stupid f*cking name) hosted the final it was silent for most of the match and they call it a cauldron. Seriously!

I loved Ninian Park-glad my older 2 boys remember it. Sad that little Sam was not born and will have to hear his old man boring him with tales of Ninian from my 1st visit in 1980 to Burnley at home in last but 1 game at NP (i cant bear to think about the Ipswich game-thanks PR/DJ). All the stories in between (cup games v Chelsea, Leeds, Plymouth 5-4 and Man City), promotions, relegations, humour, heartache etc..
