Ticket system yesterday

Apparently it broke, thus preventing admission. Not very good if true

it refused to read loads of season tickets, the stewards were really helpful to those affected, .

these things happen sometimes

This seems to happen quite allot though!

It was a pain, the machine just kept on buzzing for minutes at a time before letting the next person in.

My son was stopped going in they said he had to prove his ticket was a student, first time this has happened we had to show his uni card when we first payed for season tickets last january.There were alist with 100s of names on what has brought all this on after 3 years in stadium you have to prove your a student when aplying for season ticket.

All people with student season tickets who hadn't shown the club their student entitlement for 2011-12 were sent letters a few weeks ago (my nephew had one) giving them until yesterday to produce their nus cards or the season ticket would be blocked.

It happened to me yesterday and I heard about showing a card yesterday

But I never received a letter about anything which I'm quite angry about

I will ring up tomorrow, praising the stewards as I thought they handled it very well but I will be asking more questions but why I didn't have a letter as I have found I wasn't the only one

Was wondering why the queues were so bad.
