wont be easy, but then no games are this yr... no reason why we cant take 3 points though.. who would have thought we would have taken 6 this week and no goals conceded!!

The way MM has set the team up in that if it isn't working he has the ability to change the system etc thats a massive improvement on DJ :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Yeah we do - haven't beaten them since September 2009, and even that was a narrow 1-0!

Have to say Im bloody shocked we have had clean sheet in the past two games considering our form in that department!

Re: Points in November

Sun Nov 06, 2011 12:49 am

We had 4 more points this time last year. However the next 8 games we only got 7 points, that took us into the New Year.

So come this New Year, that is the next 8 games it will be interesting to see how many points we will have compared to last year.

But dj had a much higher budget and a much bigger squad in both size and strength in depth.

im not slagging dj off mate... just pointing out that the november blues may have gone!! it wasnt just last season... you can go back to 2007 , maybe even before that and see we have had a bad run every single november...

much tougher league this year than last also... mid table teams of last year have improved ie boro , palace etc.. the likes of west ham , brum , blackpool coming down, southampton coming up...

the league was there for the taking last yr... but even if we dont take any more points this november its still 2 wins more in this month than the previous 4/5 seasons..

The season doesn't finish in November, so you can put your "hard ons" away to May.

Get a grip lads ffs....one game at a time :ayatollah:
