sorry but cant vote,he has been with us for less than 20 games,il tell you next season what i think

He has started off really well. He has got the team playing good football with a work ethic which was lacking last season. He also has the sense to applaud/respect the fans and the feeling is mutual. We have lost 3 games all season-2 of which were down to shocking refs (Hull away and Peterborough away). We are in quarter finals of League Cup.

Malky is doing well.

I think if we get promoted he'l be snapped up and we would potentially end up like burnley

Alex fergussons spends millions - MM has spent pennies in comparison - put Fergusson in the championship and he'd be fucked!

Lets just say he has got a gift that brings out the best in a player. We can see that with whitts , whitts now has another string to his bow. Best of all he knows when a change is needed and is not afraid to call that change. He is the kind of Manager that players want to play for, and will give there all for him every time they put that shirt on. MM is class ok, I was in 2 minds when he first come here,but now I know! that he will take us up.
