Football/Sports Insurance

As some of you may know, i had a severe beating few months back and 2 operations on a double fracture in my jaw. All good now and set to make my return to action today, although i am keen to get injury insurance just in case something happens and i need to cover myself. Any body got any suggestions on best insurance policy to buy to cover me for sports/football injury??
