E-Ticketing not working

I tried to book my seat and my boy's seat for the Blackburn game and although my boy is assigned to my network i.e. to enable me to book his ticket at the same time - it kept saying I had to assign him again! I contacted the ticket office and they told me that E-Ticketing is "broke!"
I purchased our seats over the phone and they are sending out paper tickets!!
