How to make avitars smaller ??

Anyone know how to make my avitar sameller to fit within the 150 - 150 pixles thingy

find a pic thats 150 x 150

On paint you can manually set the image size.

If you're using 7 ( and I think it's the same version as Vista) there's a button that says resize on the top left. Switch it to pixels and change whichever value's bigger to 150.
