I agree with you on 'most of that', especially the comment on the owners of which I was one of the first few to raise my concerns about them. However only a few days ago you had TG running to the media because of fans concerns. Well this is an opportunity for him and his Malaysian sidekicks to make a statement. Even if we didn't get him an unsuccessful bid can also raise confidence within the club and the fans. What most of you are missing here is an opportunity for positive media attention for the club more than anothert thing else.

Why not let rip? Some people think that, just because he plays for Man City and was signed for a huge transfer fee and is on huge wages, he's got to be a world class player. That's nonsense of course as it's clubs like Man City and Chelsea who are responsible for driving up the 'value' of players. And usually pretty ordinary players at that. Like Toure
