No we aren't because one person can have as many email addresses to register as they want! and IP addresses are per device, you can ban a static (home ip) address, but then people can use mobiles, laptops, internet cafes, log on to insecure wifi networks, TOO much work - we can only deal with matters as they arrive.

The only way to stop the football forum to stop getting trashed is to make a NON-Football forum as well.....

IP addresses are impossible to monitor today. They have never been clear from day one any way. Quite often an IP is a shared address anyway.

Your e mail address is specific to your login ip addresses can be multiple users in a certain area

I must say I enjoyed it more when it was a football forum. I have noticed since Malkey has put a block on the leakages the forum has been less about football and more about sniping. I wonder if the reason is to get a few people coming back for more?
