GREAT NIGHT TONIGHT

Tue Oct 25, 2011 10:50 pm

Had a great night, cracking atmosphere in the first half I thought, although the game was like watching paint dry. Attendance was a bit of a let down, thought there would be at least 13k

Some questions for you rhys1927ccfc »,but first it was a deserved victory, won by a stunning goal from Mason, but questions remain, first why did Malky shut up shop to try to defend just the one goal advantage we had, with our track record of conceding late goals lately i would have thought it was highly risky, why did he not try for the second goal that would i'm sure, killed the game off, another question, why did he not replace Gerrard, who was way off the pace of the game, plus having a yellow card hanging over his head, was becoming something of a liability, and last but not least why did malky not replace Mason with Earnshaw,Mason had clearly run himself into the ground for the cause and fresh legs were needed,i'm going to put these schoolboy errors down to inexperience, not to be repeated

Look mate, I mhad my opinion of the game, you just had yours. Had to leave 10 minutes early which is a shame because of weird train times tonight. But Earnshaw didn't come on for Mason. Well it doesn't say so here anyway.... http://www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk/page/Mat ... 57,00.html :ayatollah:

i disagree that we sat back and didnt look for a 2nd goal. i thought we had total control of the game and pushed up when we could

i do agree with gerrard as he didnt have a good game and looked like he would get booked every time they got near him and also yes mason looked dead
