Has he been banned? As I said if it had been McPhail or come to think of it Andy Legg that he had made fun of then no doubt it would have been a ban, as Hartson was not a city player then it will be swept under the carpet, no doubt the perpetrator is in one of the mod's good books which will help

why do you feel its your duty to know if he has been banned or not

well theyve done a decent enough job since this forum started so i have no reason to doubt them now
theyve never explained their reasons for banning anyone before
