IF LEICESTER APPOINT O'NEILL

Tue Oct 25, 2011 8:53 am

I'm certain they'll get promoted this season, and be in the top six in the country by 2016 :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

O neill hasnt managed at this level in 15 years, sven is a top class manager and he couldnt cope, reputation means nothing in this league

Interesting. The hard part will be getting them out of this division. Why 6th? He certainly didn't manage it with Leicester last time around and that's the highest position any of his sides (Villa) has finished in the Premier League.

He would have the financial support this time.

Sven failed at Notts County and England.

Sven did not fail with england, they are not a good team, as much as the media drive it down our throats that they are. So, by your logic capello is now a bad manager, one of the most decorated in the game. Sven won serie a twice, at a time when it was a very strong league. The championship is the most unforgiving league

he hardly did it with a very strong villa side, getting out of this division is not easy

Arsenal? Wenger is losing the plot and when RVP goes, they'll have serious problems.

if you seriously think Leicester will become more of a force in the league than a club like Arsenal then nevermind Wenger, you have lost the plot.

O Neill is a tad overated IMO. History of walking away when the going gets tough, just like Kevin Keegan.

I think O'Neill was a young vibrant manager, everyone was linking him with top
jobs, but mainly he's flattered to decieve.

Leicester are fucked
