Football Manager 12.

So as an avid fan of the game and despite my wife calling the last five versions by womans names to justify the affair ive been having with them, i have been a little reluctant to purchase this game down to the fact of the ammount of usage fm11 is getting still.
So for those who have got it ... what is it like? what new features are there? and what draw backs are there to the game?
