one thing I cant stand other than swansea city - man united!
there are so many dual supporting fans in cardiff , winds me up how can you be a true fan unless you support one team, we all enjoy to watch top class football, but getting excited because another team do well, is just silly.
its been a long time coming for united they thoroughly deserved to get smashed for all their lucky escapes and jammy wins
Rio Ferdinand had a shocker was great too see,
real problems for them, man city look equally strong in all area's where as man united are weak in some area's . 'i.e' when rooneys off form they struggle to get 3 points

The rivals of the Manchester Club are Liverpool, Manchester City, Leeds and Arsenal. The Club has played a number of games against these teams and all were very challenging.

You reckon? Yesm United did buy their £20-30 million players but they also brought on many young polayers through their youth system. For every Ferdinand, Rooney and Berbatov, there has been Giggs, Beckham, Neville, Scholes. When United have bought players for big money, it has been through their ability to finance it from the profits they have made by being one of the biggest clubs in the world, unlike Chelsea and Man City. Where exactly were they before their oil-rich benefactors came in? In the also-ran league, that's where

you'll find its football fans talking sense, the OP claims Manure are a lucky club......lucky enough to win PL 11 or 12 times, champs league twice and countless FA and carling cups......by saying that is luck suggests a complete lack of football knowledge!

Not at all, just respondiong to a thread (albeit one started on Monday

). Nothing wrong with having an opinion on football in general. Give me a club who've generated their own wealth to remain competitive at the top to one that has to have someone coming in and pumping millions in and creating fans that think they're the biggest club in the world and forget that they struggled on low crowds and desolate terraces for years

i cannot stand manchester united, however you must admit that they are a great team.. the transfer fees have only gone ridculous because of clubs like chelsea and man city.
if utd , liverpool true successful clubs want to stay competitive then besides their quality youth system they still need to bring in quality.. and that unfortunately now costs thanks to ridiculous valuations of certain players inflated by the super rich clubs..
you could give torquay utd millions and they would progress up the leagues and the straight to the top of the prem etc..
but man utd, liverpool, arsenal have always been there or thereabouts and always will..
