the past two years have been when we smashed them 6-0 and the 1-1 draw in the cup the same year. We usually have a laugh up there. I would say its worth it yeah its not that expensive either so yeah defiantly a good trip. :ayatollah:

This does not really answer the question, but any away trip is good really. It's a different world away from home. If it's your first trip, might be best to go on an organised coach. I usually go with the supporters' club, but plenty of other coaches go regularly. There are a lot of clubs with great tradition in the Championship. Upton Park, Turf Moor, Fratton Park, to name just three this season so far. Might be nice to see some of the traditional grounds first, before the clubs move into new stadiums (or should that be stadia ?) But enjoy it, that's the main thing. Some of my first away trips were to grounds like Eastville (Bristol Rovers), and the (original) Den  :o

Things have moved on from the 80s, and most trips now are fine. But be a little bit more careful than you might be at home.

I wish I was young, and looking forward to my first away game :old: :D :ayatollah:

Leicester would be a good one considering its only a good 2 and half hours-3 hours ish at least!

Do Reading mate its closer and a good trip! :ayatollah:

id definetly recommend reading mate, nice stadium and quite close, the away ends next to their core supporters so we get a good bit of banter going without being hassled by the police

Go on be brave , try Millwall away. You will absolutely love it and you will be able to tell all your mates that "You were there!" My advice is go by train. :ayatollah:
