Phil Dwyer - Legend

Sat Oct 22, 2011 8:25 pm

Called into the Club Shop today to Get Phil Dwyer's autobiography, "Mr Cardiff City." Phil was signing copies there. What a fantastic servant to the Club. He played more games for City than anyone else. A genuine hard man who gave 100% every game. He was unfairly treated by some at the Club at the end of his time there, but anyone who is old enough to have seen him playing will have great memories of his crunching tackles and never say die attitude.

Bought his book today and met the big man, reminded him of a couple of things that happened in the eighties to which he replied "The good old days". A true Cardiff City legend!! :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

My favourite City player.
