He's coming on trial because:
A) It's good publicity over there.
B) He will not have trained at a higher standard anywhere else which is good intelligence gathering for returning home.
Have no idea what the big deal is.

what previous club recognition does he have?
if he made the malaysian national side at the of what ? is he 26 now or something like that? someone would of surely spotted him
championship is a tough league to adapt too without the experience, so many players we'v had as trialists, regarded as a real talant never made an impact
