Id imagine that if he took full control then he'd be obligated for all the City debt, in regards to Sam I suppose that is ongoing. I look at it as VT has to get the club straight and move it on as a profitable company, the difference between VT as past owners is that he dont need to screw the club to make money. If your hinting that a settlement has been made and that includes Sam coming back into the club then so be it for the good of the club. I dont know the answers Steve but as usual things will never change we are and will always be at the mercy of those in power, we are just numbers mate.

Would you - allegedly Langstone/Hammam had the deal which may or may not be in place accepting less than half the due monies if paid quickly. That tends to tell you that a) Langstone/Hammam needed the money quickly, possibly indicating cashflow isues and b) Langstone/Hammam must either really love the club to write off what £14m or that there may be something about the whole deal that smells.

Why pay £10m if the Malaysians fully suspect there's either room to drive it down further or that something may be fishy?
